Bookmate is a virtual book club where you can upload, store and read electronic books. All books in Bookmate are protected by copyright law and cannot be downloaded and distributed outside the library.
Books available on Bookmate may be used only via Bookmate.
Access to the Services may be granted only to physical entities. Please note that one (1) account shall be used only by one (1) physical entity. Thus, your account on the Bookmate Service is a personal not multiuser, and it’s prohibited by these Terms of Service to give access to your account to other persons. Your use of the Website and/or Services, including but not limited to storing cached content, is limited to three (3) devices. You may not transfer copies of cached content to any other device via any means.

Unless otherwise specifically provided herein or authorized by Bookmate in writing, all rights in the Services and/or Bookmate’s Content not expressly granted herein are reserved. You agree not to copy, republish, frame, make available for download, transmit, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, assign, distribute, license, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Services and/or Bookmate’s Content.
