Paula MacLeod is an expert at cake making and decorating. She is best known for carving and modelling novelty creations in particular, for which she has won numerous international gold awards. She regularly runs workshops and teaches both nationally and internationally. Paula currently works as the Deputy Head of the cake decorating school and Knightsbridge PME Ltd.
