Katie Cotton

Katie Cotton comes from a big family, with three older brothers, and a dad who worked away a lot, she saw how her mom managed to feed a family of five on a budget. As she got older, and had a family herself, she remembered what he mom had taught her, and now, she too, is a stay at home mom, with two sons of her own, and a husband in the armed forces. In her series of books on cooking, she shares her wealth of knowledge, and shows her readers how to cook on a budget and that with a little preparation, meal times can be quick, cheap and healthy.
