Repeat the breathing process and notice your breath.
As you do this, you will find thoughts coming in and going out. They might be about your personal goals, your family, your kids, your friends, your work or absolutely about anything. That does not matter. It is all part of the breathing process and it is perfectly fine to continue to have thoughts while you are in the process of meditating.
Once these incoming thoughts get noticed, just let go of them. Let them go with your next breath. The moment you notice a new thought come in, train yourself with your breathing activity and bring back your mind and only focus on your breathing in and out.
