Tied Up And Milked

I never thought I'd wind up bound by my own housemate while he pumps warm milk from my swollen chest in his secret dungeon, but that's exactly what happened.  When I discover the hidden room beneath the house I'm left aghast, but soon my fear turns to curiosity.  When Carl catches me down there I'm eager to find out what fun can be had, and he's interested in finding out too!
