    It can serve as a reminder that what we are allowing to cause us great stress at the moment could actually be forgotten in six months’ time. (Stop reading for a moment. Cast your mind back six months. Can you remember what was causing you stress at the time? Probably not, eh?) Is your issue something you may struggle to recall six months from now? If not, fine, but at least you are gaining some perspective.
