So plan regular rest into each and every day. Then set realistic expectations on what you can accomplish each day. You will feel an increase in the quality and quantity of your energy. If you accomplish some of your goals in a day, be grateful and give yourself a pat on the back instead of focusing solely on what was not accomplished. This is how you avoid burn out and love your life.
