The book by Kim Scott, "Radical Candor: How to Get What You Want by Saying What You mean (Expert Thinking)", answered so many questions for me on how to be a kind of manager I want and provided examples, knowledge and inspiration to lead my teams better. Whilst I recommend to read the book, this podcast below gives a good understanding of key concepts.

This book explores concepts of hyper-productive teams, which are really easy to digest with examples from real life. Highly recommended for someone who would like to ease into scrum. Funny enough, I had this book in my bag with me at the interview for a job I really wanted and I got it! :)
    You'll learn about:
    1.Stable Team
    2.Yesterday’s Weather
    3.Swarming
    4.Interrupt Pattern
    5.Daily Clean Code
    6.Emergency Procedure
    7.Scrumming the Scrum
